They rang off when I answered. A scam? Has happened twice now.
Offer to help claim back money from bank if services you don t need were bundled together in charges by your bank. Services in question were travel insurance, phone insurance and breakdown insurance, which I don t have, and been with my bank for 40 years, the caller said their service would not be relevant to me and they wouldn t call again. This was unprompted and they thanked me for my courtesy.

Same as previous comment. I was very suspicious when told "you need to be in front of your computer" & something downloading now on me windows PC! Also had my surname. Warned worse than virus?! Told this v strong Indian accented caller was ringing from Data London, I don t live anywhere near London. Some scam?
Womans voice on automated machine ,Said that i had commited tax fraud and was a warrent out for my arrest and to ring a number for more info. clearly scammers !!!!
