Woman with a heavily accent voice. CLaimed to be calling from BT Openreach. Reason given for call was "you have been getting poor internet connection speeds" Then wanted access to my pc/laptop allegedly to "show me the problem" Clearly a ransomware scam. Said so. Told them not to call again. Hung up.
