Fraud - Suggesting they were from BT regarding my broadband. I have been having problems with it but I’m aware of phony callers pretending to be providers - BT not any of the other providers would call you out of the blue so they hung up on me lol - thought you were supposed to be helping me with an issue? SCAM!!!

I received a text exactly as follows: "Lloydsbank Bank has suspended access to your account. Please call us on 01933558016" I do not have a Lloyd account but do have a Lloyds Credit card so I was concerned and suspicious. I phoned Lloyds Bank using the number given on my Lloyds Bank App. They informed me my credit card has not been suspended and the text was nothing to do with them. So beware!!
Claiming to have a ppi refund waiting for me with signed paper work from me - I claimed my own ppi 4 years ago! Very forceful. I was more forceful and they hung up.
