Scam
They say they are a BT technician and there is a problem with your internet and foreign addresses are using it. They try to get you to download software which will give them access to your account. When I queried that they were genuine they gave me 0161 8189 108 as a BT helpline number to call to check. Instead I contacted BT through their website and they confirmed it is a scam.
