Insulation: A man named Tom claiming to be telling be about the poor quality of my loft insulation and how a recent survey has noticed that it needs improving. When I asked him to confirm what the address was that he was calling about, he just ignored me and continued with his script, but when I asked again he just ended the call. Total scam call, and sorry for those who take notice of what he says.

Yes this is a children s brain damage charity and I have had dealings with them in the past, however received 2 calls from them today 1st one was just heavy breathing left on answer phone? Second call wasn t answered and no message left, shall be having strong words if they phone again.
