They call from this number twice a day under the guise of different company names - Direct Utilities, Business Utilities, Select Utilities, Regional Utilities. They are clearly dumb, because when requested to remove our details from their records and stop calling, they say OK and then don t do it, despite being told the we only have a mailing box address and therefore have no need for utilities. He wanted to talk to the person who deals with electricity bills, so I asked him whether he meant the business or home account. I don t think he understood me, got mildly aggressive, so I repeated myself until he said the business account. Then I said "well our business is a boat, it doesn t use gas or electricity, so unless you can supply me red diesel at a competitive rate there is nothing you can do for me." Hopefully I won t hear from him again.
