This number continually calls claiming to be Scottish Power, who want payment for a final bill. Every call quotes a different figure due. At no point can they tell you the address to which this scam is referring to, but the do try to get you to confirm your address to them. The become agitated and aggressive once they realise that you know it is a scam.

Called me up it was not a good time to talk so asked if could call back later, my appointment finished early so decided to call back myself. It went straight to on hold music with no rings or voice response or opinions. Decided to hold. After about five minutes an automated voice said "goodbye" and I was hung up on. Still no idea who really called me or what they wanted. Not a number local to my area and didn't seem to be linked to a directory.
