These are debt collection agents they work for HMRC and are relentless threatening and pushy.

Some survey rubbish.

Cost 1.50p per minute without even telling you in advance. I attempted to call the back and found a ?5 charge on my phone bill, after only getting through to answer machine, bill NEVER again!! BEWARE do not call this number or you ll pay!!

The first time they rang there was call-centre style background noise so I hung up before anyone spoke. Calling later in the day, a man started by being friendly "How are you today", but when his introductory spiel mentioned he d be asking questions to find my opinion, I interrupted him to say I don t do surveys. I terminated the call and blocked the number with BT 1572 Call Protect

I have not answered to these people. Not once. Yet, they call at least weekly. I ve got a years line rental with BT paid for up-front, which allows me to block 99% of unwanted calls (with a BT blocker phone purchased separately, in case anyone was wondering). This caller would likely be asking to speak with Mr Strevitt or Mr Gwendoline. As has been the nature of the calls for the past 3 years. Claims to be a debt collection agency on behalf of Paypal (Yes I do have an ongoing dispute with Paypal), Google seems to support this fact. However after he asked me to confirm security details, I told him no - and I will only discuss/deal with Paypal direct. He told me I d receive a letter and email from them, again I said unless it comes from Paypal - I ain t dealing with you. Caller hung up.

I should have ordered from a company called Community Direct brochures that I did not pay. Now I have to carry the costs of collection, though I was not given any brochures, one invoice. You could meet me but I could if I pay now, save 25%. I said that I want everything in writing, and so the man said that he would not have my address and I will say it through. How can I get brochures have when the but have not my number?
