Couldn t understand the person who cold called

A man phoned and asked for my late husband but when my partner answered & passed the phone over to me, I said hello and the man rang off!!!

Same number has tried to call me daily for weeks. I have installed an android app called CM security which blocks numbers you have reported and also what the other app users have reported. You will still receive a notification that they have tried to call though.

This is UNICEF call and harasses me daily. The calls are to a UK mobile but since I live in France each call costs both me and UNICEF money - far in excess of my original text donation. This number persistently calls my mobile. I don't know anyone who has this number. It is not our Drs etc so I just ignore it. Wish it would bog off.

I find the calls from this number exceedingly annoying, calls not between business hours therefore increasing your anxiety levels.
