Choose 1 and an non UK voice tells you someone has bought an iPhone 11 on your account - do you want to cancel this.... Obviously at this point they're trying scare you to give them details. It's a THEIF, put the phone down and check your account independently

Then rang EE but they apparently can't give me a refund, but they at least have stopped more from coming through.. rang the number and they apparently have referred me to another team to get a refund but i dont believe it...

I can see at leat 4 numbers from the same range reported here with the same problem, people be really aware of this, if you pick it up double-check all info you provide them with...01614646170, 01614646171, ... all the same call centre.

Kept trying to tell me it was my windows 7 pc, then gave me a spurious windows registration number, but couldn t let me know my IP address. Then when I told her it was a windows 10 machine, switched to telling me it was my windows server. I do run a server, but it s Linux! They really won t give up will they!
