This number is the Housing options number in Westminster.

Rang and when answered rang off

Said they were a company called Black Pearl - asking about my bank details etc. Obviously scammers for claims etc. Do not answer and block. Ofcom and TPS get on it and make some proper attempts to stop these nusisance and scam calls.
