They tell you to go to a web site called fastheal.net The men have south-asian accents. You should record the conversaion and then tell them their voice will be uploaded to the internet for identification. Missed the call, anyway, before seeing these comments. "Looks like a premium rate number" Sorry, but you re mistaken. 01, 02, 03 are all classed as national rate calls (apart from Channel Islands, Isle of Man) and 03xxx are business numbers. 0845 and 0870 numbers very widely being changed to 0345 and 0370 numbers so they are included in most calls packages (including from mobiles). Only 1899.com and 18185 (cheap call services when dialling using those prefixes before a number) are not including 03x
