They said they were calling from HMRC, however HMRC never calls mobile numbers. A funny voice asked me to wait until the next HMRC agents would be available. Answered this random call to my mobile, automated message saying that a charge had been made against my name from the inland revenue. Ridiculous, I called back to challenge them. A foreign man answered saying HMRC can I help you? I asked why they called me, he asked if he could have my name. I said no. He said You had better get ready to be arrested, Ms ....... (using my name, which I hadn t given), then hung up. Vile scum.

A man called, asking to speak to me (so knew my mobile number and name) and said he was from some pensions advisor service. Same questions as previous calls, was I aware of recent pension changes in the law etc. I was a bit vague so he said he would pass me onto a senior advisor at which point I hung up.
