They had the cheek to call me again - when I was busy of course - with their wretched recorded message saying it was not too late. I think they can be prosecuted for this harassment and dishonesty, pretending people have claims when they know nothing about whether they have or not, and be heavily fined. This number calls us at least once every day. No message is ever left on the answer machine and no-one is at the end of the telephone if you do pick up.

When return dialled number is not recognised so beware.
