an Asian man called me today earlier on this phone number offering me a loan for my tuition fees as i am paying my own fees. he called himself David if i remember right. He told me as hes offering an unsecured loan from SkyQuid all i have to do is to pay £100 to an account as a deposit and he will straight away transfer the amount. I had a silent call (on 15/5/15)& as I was expecting a call from unknown people on this area code, I used 1471 and phoned back. I heard a recorded message "You were called today by Media Match. The cal was not important and we will try again later. Goodbye" A Google search for Media Match shows a US firm with this name, but on websites similar to this one they claim that they do not cold-call and that their name is being mis-used. Missed call from this number. I called back and very insistent gentleman wanted to.know who I was, saying he had received multiple missed calls fro my number. I checked my phone history and I have not phoned his number. Tried to get information from me, name, location. I d3clined and have now blocked his number and reported to my provider.
