Claimed to be paid by Microsoft, insisted I switch on my computer which supposedly had a virus. Resisted and argued when challenged, became abusive and continued to try to persuade me (but failed). this number has been calling me several times per day for around 2 weeks, when I answered it was a telemarketing company telling me I had been involved in an accident (I haven t) when I responded with "well you know more about this than I do" the caller hung up and didn t call again so I will definitely be using that tactic in the future

Pre-recorded PPI claim message. I get these daily from 0843 numbers but they ve now started phoning me on local area code numbers as well! I can t ignore the calls as they come through to my work phone. I ve registered with TPS and it s made no difference! Ignore and don t call back.
