I was their customer 2 years ago but then found out from another broker (when I switched life policy) what they promised me will never going to happen, like having life policy till age of 80 etc., so seems they are set on selling only, not advising correctly. I rang the number 01634250475 & noted when I checked with "who called me" that it stated it was Halifax Bank. So I rang the number and lady with foreign accent answered but she was not employed by Halifax bank so I put the phone down. Hope this helps somewon.

Called twice in the space of 5 minutes, first time I answered they hung up after I said hello. Second time they asked for me by name, I asked who they were calling on behalf of and they hung up again.
Called on a phishing expedition to ytell me that there had been unusual activity on my card.

I had a call from 01491476930 which is local to me. The voice message informed me there were two transactions on my card which looked suspicious and that I should dial 1 to speak to an adviser. This sounded very much like a scam so I put the phone down. If my bank had found a suspicious transactions, their fraud team would contact me. This may be a genuine call but I would rather be safe than sorry and will investigate myself rather than speak to a potential scammer.

I have been receiving late morning calls from this number on my landline for the last few days. I am ex-directory and do not know anyone in Preston. I suspect that it is probably a robotic marketing call because today I answered but nobody spoke and there was no message.
Unsure, only phoned me randomly. Didn't do much more. I had a spam alert but unsure if that means anything. I never picked up so I cant confirm anything.
