Had a call from this number on several occasions.

Girl called to say they were a legal firm calling about a minor accident I was reportedly involved in around 2014. Hung up.

This number called and my phone labelled it as Suspected Spam. When I called back it went straight to 'on hold'. I blocked it.

This number is the third of three different numbers that has called in the past few days pretending to be from Microsoft. They try to get into your PC. Beware.

Asked how he knew that, told me it is in his database, I asked what details he had about me and my property in his database and to treat that question as a GDPR request with 28 days to comply before I report this to the Government Information Commissioner. Asian man called 17/12/2015 Thursday am, said he had had notification from ACM management about my accident. He said HE was Accident Compensation co UK. this number called claiming to be from BT saying my internet connection was in danger of being hacked by fraudsters. irony!

I got a call from this number. They told me that I was invlolved in some accident 2.5 years ago, but I was never involved in any accident as I don't have even a bicycle.

Called to offer me some sort of deal for a holiday. when I told them I was at work they just hung up the phone.

When you answer your phone and if it s a number you don t recognise, DON T SPEAK JUST LISTEN! Wait for the caller to speak first and then decide whether to simply put the phone down. If it s a recorded message, it ll nearly always be a scam or a computer dialling a batch of numbers in sequence and trying to assertain if the number they have just dialled is a voice line. i.e. a private phone number.
