SCAM Claimed she was "'Yennifer' from 'Wirgin' media technical department"! Woman had very 'thick' 'Indian'-style accent. She said "oh, oh, oh," when I said I was busy & I would ring Virgin later. She'd done the "How are you this morning?", like a lot of the phone scams do. Nothing was said about security questions! Suspect this was another scam call.

Thick Indian accent, didn t ask any security questions and also failed to tell me the name of the company twice - he got confused both times so god knows where he was meant to be calling from. Phoned k&co and there is nothing wrong. And they dont know who it was. Told the little t**t to f**k off. Be carfull about anawering security questions as they will use your account.

Call received on landline alleging to be BT advising me that there is a virus in my router asking me to switch on my computer. Didn't believe it and I said my goodbyes!
Called our TPS registered number trying to sell insurance.
If they have taken money from your account its easy to get back go to your bank and explain to them and ask them you want to do charge back they will help you and within few days your money will be refunded. and don t forget each transaction it will cost this fraudsters around 20 quick just for charge back.
