Asked where she got my number she said Road Traffic Accident Department which obviously is twaddle, or there own internal RTA department. Claimed to be from Postcode lottery saying I’d won a discount card for supermarkets and that I’d also won a free flight to anywhere in the world. Passed call to her senior who wanted to “activate” the discount credit card and said needed to deposit £1.00 into my account to activate the account. I think this organisation is trying to get people to sign up to let them pursue PPI claims and the like. They hung up when I asked them for their number so that I could pursue a claim with the TPS. 1471 came in handy.
