This organisation is not permitted to do what it does. The scheme that it refers to is " It will be the LA’s responsibility to make sure the criteria chosen allow them to identify eligible households. Direct Business Solutions (DBS). Called several times but don t seem to know about previous calls they have made. Perfectly polite but it s another sales call. Trying to get the best deal etc etc. Told them I wouldn t be using a broker once contract end with supplier but didn t stop them trying. Quite annoying. Have now blocked their number.

This is a false phone number. As at Jun 2017, only 0239 (Portsmouth) and 0238 (Southampton) are valid.

Possibly a wrong number but they should have said so and not just hang up, very rude!

this caller keeps on calling - seems to be on a daily basis and mainly when I am work - so not interest in the Postcode Lottery no matter how many times they call - hope they get the message (eventually) - getting annoyed with persistence now!

Advert on Face Book so I thought it was a good idea to plan for the future to protect my family. However, after I had filled it in, this number called and were so unprofessional I didn t think they were genuine. Tried to block the number on my phone but my handset won t let me. So lots of calls from this number which I ignore.

This is a NHS reminder call for a hospital appointment 2 weeks ahead of date. They woke me up at 10pm when I had just fallen asleep so are a nuisance call. They call several time before the date of appointment, they are a nuisance.

Dentist sent a text message to say they had to change my appointment. Message was sent to our landline so was read out. Had to press 1 to listen to the message.

I have had the same number constantly calling with the same response.
