Thesr are scammers trying to threaten people into making an immediate payment to them in order not to get immediatly arrested supposdly. they even managed to get a number which looks similar to HMRC. hang up immediatly and report this is no tax advice line.
this is an o2 upgrade center located in main street coailsiand they done the upgrade on my o2 contracts and i lifted the phones in there store its just pretty much a call center...

I told her she was being a nuisance.... and she kept telling me that she was from the anti nuisance call line of the UK... that was the extent of the conversation. Much like the other reviews, my 83 year old Grandmother was called and told the warranty on her boiler had run out and that they needed to take payment to renew it. No explanation of who they were etc. Reported it as fraud to her bank but also called to cancel policy and ask for full refund. Worried now that this may not be honoured after reading other posts. Awful, underhand, dishonest sales tactics. Bet they re laughing all the way to the bank.

Pretending to be lawyers who say I have a case of tax fraud against me. This was a very entertaining phone call as the man on the other line who went under the name of "Michael Jordan", not the basketball player, told me I must give him money or else I would be arrested in 30 minutes!! Thank you Mr. Jordan for giving me and my flatmate 40 minutes of laughs this morning.
