The first time they rang there was call-centre style background noise so I hung up before anyone spoke. Calling later in the day, a man started by being friendly "How are you today", but when his introductory spiel mentioned he d be asking questions to find my opinion, I interrupted him to say I don t do surveys. If they have taken money from your account its easy to get back go to your bank and explain to them and ask them you want to do charge back they will help you and within few days your money will be refunded. and don t forget each transaction it will cost this fraudsters around 20 quick just for charge back.

Don t answer any unknown numbers, they are all scams, PPI, accident claims, Passwords for your banks, phishing, and if it is too good to be true it Bloody well is don t be conned, report all of these callers get them to be prosecuted as they are illegally calling me everyone, as under the DPA, if we report them to the Information Commissioner they have been successfully prosecuted last one was fined ( ?1,350,000 ) alone company this year
