I rang British Gas to arrange a service and asked them not to pass my number on to anyone else. Got a call asking for feedback 30 minutes later. Did not answer and blocked the number. Think I will have to get service from elsewhere if they ignore what I ask in future.

Calling repeatedly every day! Keep blocking their number but they use a different one. Must be incredibly desperate to sell me a door but won?t be using due to their aggressive selling techniques

I m receiving calls from Red Star Financial Management on a weekly basis now. Often twice a week. It s the usual robocalls: My phone rings (either my landline of my smartphone), I answer it, a recorded voice comes on to say, "Please wait while an adviser attends your call", and most times some poor young loser introducing him or herself from Red Star Financial Management asks questions about a bank loan I may have taken out in the 17th century. wouldn’t answer as nearly all capquest numbers are ‭07794 986 xxx. It is just the last 3 change around but they are usually around the 250 mark. The chances of anyone else ringing me first thing in the morning off the same number are very very slim indeed! (I’m ex PI and this case should never have gone into debt collection, beware of Greenstar energy!)

Call received from Carphone Warehouse wanting me to take out a new phone contract. Seemed friendly and genuine but I was not interested.

P.S.- You can also block scammers on an iPhone by going to SETTINGS / PHONE / CALL BLOCKING & IDENTIFICATION. :-)
