"Looks like a premium rate number" Sorry, but you re mistaken. 01, 02, 03 are all classed as national rate calls (apart from Channel Islands, Isle of Man) and 03xxx are business numbers. 0845 and 0870 numbers very widely being changed to 0345 and 0370 numbers so they are included in most calls packages (including from mobiles). Only 1899.com and 18185 (cheap call services when dialling using those prefixes before a number) are not including 03x

Guy introduce himself saying he was contacting me as i was on a list to receive a refund due to bank charges. He asked me lots of questions about who ive had loans from and who ive had credit cards with. Holly Baldwin, Silvershine Services called my mobile today, asking about the accident I had just had. Asked where she got my number she said Road Traffic Accident Department which obviously is twaddle, or there own internal RTA department. When pressed repeatedly about the department she put the phone down. Shame, I was just getting warmed up.
