Automated call does not personalise state your name but stated they are HMRC and a letter has been returned They are going to start criminal charges or you can talk to someone by selecting a number on your mobile At that point I hung up A total scaremongering scam to obtain your details bank numbers etc

I believe an AI automated scam system, that responds to your response. I think you are talking to a computer generated voice, I hear "Hi this is John from the driveway company" or close on. Serious scam, I get repeated calls daily.

They called claiming to be 3 Mobile and wanted me to upgrade to a new contract when I only just renewed my contract with the real 3 Mobile a couple of months back and my existing contract is locked for another 10 months. When I asked the idiot to email me the offer to review, they asked me for my email address and if they were really 3 Mobile they would already have it in their records.
