I am not a customer of O2 so an obvious Phishing to random numbers. Note the link is NOT via the official "o2.co.uk" domain. BEWARE!!! P.S. It was a Northumbria Water call alert about a leak in the area. A visit to the website confirmed that there was a local problem. (Why can't these companies publish the numbers they use to make calls?)

Nuisance call/cold call. Line was quiet initially then a recorded message from ‘pro alliance solutions.’
They have called me 8 times today, fortunately because I have them on my blacklist they ve not got through. However it must be very annoying for those that don t have that facility. If you re reading this CPR: I M NOT INTERESTED. However if someone tries the same number 8 times in one morning they must be desperate for business. Probably company is failing and needs CPR. Gets Coat!!

Fraud SCAM The caller claimed to be from mobile phone promotion department offering a discount. I established that the caller was a fraud and called them out at which point they stopped being polite and friendly and began to taunt and be abusive.
