Spam phone call, busy call centre type background. Ring constantly and ask for Violetta in regards to her online trading account. Told them that is not my name and to please remove my number and got shouted at down the phone that they "don't care what your name is I will keep ringing more often".

I never answer unknown numbers (as a high percentage are PPI/"you ve been involved in an accident"/Debt/"You ve a virus on your computer" type of call - that I look up afterwards on these websites). I had a call today from a South African sounding lady, from London number 020 8089 6127 said she was calling from a company called Teabag that got my suspicions up straight away, asked to speak to me by name, so she already had my name and phone number somehow. Said that she understood, I had lost money in an investment and would I like to get it back, I asked how she got my name and phone number and she immediately hung up. This is obviously a scam,
