Just been called by someone claiming PPI. Before he started I said Please remove me from your list and hung up. They rang again. I didn t answer. They left a message saying Fuck you, Heleh 3 times!!!! I m busy, I didn t ask for their interruption and then they leave this abuse. I m fuming. How do you make an official complaint?

This number calls a LOT especially as I have asked twice to be removed from their database. Excel services wanting to service a dyson we do not have. Just had a call today, VERY rude girl. I told her we had already asked to be taken off the database, we don t have a dyson. She said that s why she s got us down as non-dyson. So they can make a note of that bit but not the fact that we re not interested?! I ended up hanging up, she was just so unpleasant.

I ve just bought it a new pink outfit and am taking it on holiday and I buy it birthday and Christmas presents. It is my friend and I don t want you to get rid of it". Actually sounded very plausible. Knew my name and address. Said that my washing machine cover had run out. Couldn't remember when I bought it but didn't think that it was over a year and thought I had 5 year manu's warranty (checked afterwards & correct on both counts). Company was APS or something.
