Robot calls asking if you had a car accident then you get transfered to a call centre. They said they are Catterpillar Advice Services at 56 Ellis St, Birmingham B1 1HN. They gave me a bogus website address but when I couldn't find it they said it was under construction. Sounds like scammers.

Second call this morning claiming to be from TalkTalk, when asked to send me a letter with the problem they want to send an email. They tell me my modem is having problems with the viruses my computer is downloading.
Said our computers are making malicious calls and will terminate our connection for 20 days. If you read this it did not happen of course. We did not respond but I assume they will either charge for anti-virus or install malware on your PC or both!

Called multiple times. Found they are called "First Call" when I asked them. Again, they are ambulance chasers and should just be blocked. Talked about the repairs my car had had after an incident which is just tosh - I didn't have any. I tried phoning back once to see who it was and the number comes back as unobtainable. Need an OFCOM complaint.
