Have been constantly harassed by this number over the last few weeks, I used to be a Sky customer until asking for a homemove which THEY were unable to complete but I was stilled charged for, I am now in the process of putting in a complaint to Ofcom with regard to this and the debt collectors they employed and intend to follow this up with a small claims court action to recover fee s I should not have been charged.

I had a missed call from this number on my mobile but no message left. Also similar number called me recently, probably the same marketing company or call centre? I don't wanna call back since I do not know the number - it could be just a robocaller testing if my number is responding, don't want to let them know my line is active... They called just now, as soon as I heard pause then background noise with foreign man speaking , likely Indian, saying from BT I hung up. They called back immediately and asked why I hung up as it was a v important call. I said I wasn’t with BT it was a scam and Again I put phone down. What are we to go about these nuisance calls?

Fraud American accent, pre-recorded message saying it was HMRC and there was a problem with my tax record. Told me that in order to avoid jail I needed to sort this out immediately and had to press 1 to be put through to an advisor. Potentially very threatening for anyone who didn’t recognise it as a scam. Google search reveals that if I had pressed 1 my call might have been rerouted to a different country and I could have faced hefty phone charges.
