The caller said she was from O2 and We were due for a free gift of Wireless Headphones as a security what was my place of birth. I found out that the fraudsters had chaned my password by going on the O2 website and requesting a 6 digit number and asking me to give it to them.. I don't thimk I have suffered losses . I obviously reset my password. The caller was an Indian female, this is not unusual as, Indian Call Centres are experts in fraud I have been involved in investigating Indian call centre.

Im no idiot and i told them to remove my number and to not call again. I still keep getting 2 to 3 calls a day which i declined then blocked the number. After that 2 more swansea numbers from the same place started to call

I've worked in customer service multiple times, one thing I've been told which is common sense is not to spam our customers with calls, maximum I'd call is 2 times for a single customer then stop. Whoever's number this is has been calling everyday for the past few weeks which is 100% a scam. They claim to be e-on which is fake because their number isn't on e-ons website + they wouldn't be calling everyday. No one else seems to have searched for it (the other search with no review was still me). I'm not completely sure. But this number doesn't appear anywhere on Google (while other legit places' number appear with the source). It feels very untrustworthy. The call on itself was strange. A machine voice said that a letter was returned, and that legal actions will be implemented. It didn't explain why would the return of said letter would require legal actions nor the content of the letter. Very iffy.

Telemarketing STRONG Indian accent claiming to be from currys.co.uk offering 40% off handsets & plans. I simply said not interested & hung up. Totally out of the blue & I am on TPS, so shouldn't get ANY such calls. AVOID
Automated caller with female voice claiming charges made to VISA account, one of around £700 and another of £900 from earlier in the day. Prompts the caller to press '1' to cancel the charges.
