Scam scam scam, will steal your detail!
Call claimed to be from Vodafone retentions department promising me a 40% discount, asked me a bunch of security questions and then asked me to read him the code from a password reset email that he had triggered on my Vodafone account. This apparently would enable him to send me the priority app so I could access 5G calls and VIP features. Alarm bells at this point. I said I'd call him back then checked with Vodafone. They confirmed that this is not a number they use and not to give out any information. SC

Call center, domestic and general appliance insurance. If I was with them, I would have had an email reminding me my policy was running out. As I'm with another company and renewing with them, it's just another annoying cold call.

Scam another bloody Pakistani trying to scam you. It’s about time BT who’s numbers they keep calling off actually do something about these calls and prosecute these vermin . They have the means and also the technology to get this sorted. Covered also by uk laws . Yes you can’t touch them in Pakistan or India but now they show you there based in Leeds uk hunt them down. This number called claiming we had poor internet connection, very persistent insisting I go into my emails whilst he was on the phone. Our connection only checked the day before was fine. Be aware of this.
Claimed to be Rebecca Roberts, a recruiter from Reeds about a flexible remote role. No profile picture and number was under arts & entertainment. When told I work full time, received a copy and pasted answer about it being home-based which can be done at my convenience. Definitely not trustworthy.. One of those too good to be true scenarios but did eventually give up once I said I was not interested a couple of time
