Call claiming they are from the AA legal department. All callers have South African accent.
Indian call center claiming to be O2 and offering me a 30% discount but also asking me to verify that I'm the owner of the phone by text even though they called me. They also wanted me to tell them how much I was paying per month so that they could discount it, if they are from O2 then why would they not know how much I'm paying already? It's a scam, clearly. No matter how much he tried to persuade me otherwise.

Just received a call. First from this number. The caller started his pitch - so I quickly interjected with a polite but firm No thank you, good bye - after which the caller repeatedly shouted F*CK F*CK F*CK F*CK right up to the point where I hung up. Nice people!!

Caller asked for someone else who lives in the house by name - after teh ususal telemarketing pause of silence..... When I explained they were not in and asked if I could take a message, the caller sounded annoyed that the person he called for was not in, and then HE HUNG UP. . Cold caller? Telemarketer? Received a text claiming my Hermes package was sent back to depot. Fake, scam, avoid clicking the link.
Ringing this no back, recorded message claiming to be NHS & say they will call again. Some sites say this is an appt reminder, but it s certainly not that in my case. A search on my local NHS, Betwsy Cadwalader shows no knowledge of this number. I have now blocked this caller.

"Industrial Workers Union" scam from Derby had been ringing me daily for around three weeks. Finally gave in to temptation and picked up. "We re totally legit" and "a government body" the man said. Basically boiled down to cold calling people on a tradesman database looking to get money out of past employers for supposed hearing loss. These people are the scum of the earth and the reason this country is going down the tubes. Get a real job before it s too late! Don t trust anyone that asks for more details
