Didn't manage to answer the phone but have been receiving scam calls all week and doubt this was someone offering free cakes.

When I answered lady at the other end said hello then hung up.....

Advert on Face Book so I thought it was a good idea to plan for the future to protect my family. I keep an eye on my credit rating and am debt free. I have received unsolicited calls and texts. Called the number in the texts and asked to call this one - which I didnt. I have not given my name or address to anyone. I find this very fishy. They are a debt collection agency, so have the ability to access my address. After seeking advise, I will wait for them to send me some mail, addressed to me that outlines the reason for their communication.
