Have previously had about three missed calls from this number - just picked up the latest call and they informed me that I d had a car accident at some point since July 2010 - I have never had a car accident, thank goodness. I asked them where they got this information from - they said they purchased these details from a company and had got them as I had registered the accident but hadn t claimed anything. Received numerous calls on my mobile answered a few times to no response finally speaks to someone called Tony told me I d had an accident (which I never had) asked politely if he could ring me back tomorrow as I d seen it in the stars I was going to have the said accident, at that point we got disconnected?

Energy Guard cold call. Told me I had asbestos in my lost. Asked how he knew that, told me it is in his database, I asked what details he had about me and my property in his database and to treat that question as a GDPR request with 28 days to comply before I report this to the Government Information Commissioner. He hung up!
