They had the cheek to call me again - when I was busy of course - with their wretched recorded message saying it was not too late. I think they can be prosecuted for this harassment and dishonesty, pretending people have claims when they know nothing about whether they have or not, and be heavily fined. Called from this number asking about my "Microsoft product" very agressive when I said I could not switch on my machine at this time. Very strong accent, difficult to understand. When I asked where they were calling from she just got cross and told me my laptop wouldn t work if I didn t switch it on now!

SCAM of some kind - this person says her name is Olivia and has called 10 times over the last few days. Says she's calling from Virgin Media Technical department, when challenged she hangs up. Originally asked me to give information on my internet and how many devices I own.

Calling constantly asking for date of birth, when asked why they get aggressive and ask for date of birth again... I just keep hanging up... Unfortunately this doesn t stop them calling repetitively.
The person called stating hat they can reduce the electric and gas bills , despite me telling him not interested became aggressive and i just put the phone down as could not state where he was from and how he got my number from.
