When they start into their crap, just tell them you might have something of interest to them and then start some fake selling line on them, just like they are trying on you!! They will go away! Worked for me!!

They said they are from vodafone, I have asked them few questions to confirm if they really have access to my account and it s not legit, it s a scam people.

I have also had the silent and then Goodbye calls from this number. Today I spoke to two of their agents on two seperate calls. The company is called Consumer Care Direct based in Manchester and claim to save money for you, as long as you give them some. After telling the first caller that I would be reporting them to TPS I received another call 3 minutes later from an arrogant agent calling himself Victor. They call pretending they know you ve been in an accident to trick people who have actually been in accidents to divulge the details. When you tell them you haven t been in an accident they hang up immediately. Don t be fooled by these people.

Tried ringing back and had a voice saying this number is not recognised. Strange.

Rang several times within three hours; no voice on the other end.
