SCAM Claimed to be Amazon but not the usual automated call. Very sincere and in-depth call!!! Knew my phone number, name and email address (although not the one linked to my Amazon account!!Said my prime membership was going to now be £39 a month not £79 a year. I hung up (still not convinced it was a scam but thought they’d email me or cut off my account if not and then I’d sort it) and called Amazon who confirmed it was a phishing phone call!! Be careful

As it was about her car, I pushed him - said he was from Go Legal, which, as far as I can tell, was a valid solicitors that was wound up in 2014. When pushed further he said he'd call back later.
