Rang claiming to be from Microsoft. Claimed there s a virus on my computer, and asked me to do stuff to rectify it. This is a social engineering thing, trying to get you to install malware and viruses. Don t follow their instructions!

I got a recorded message from a "crime agency" (?) saying my national insurance number has been suspended and to call back to avoid having my assets affected! lol!
Automated call from “my internet service provider” stating that illegal activity has been detected on my account and my service would be disconnected within 24-48 hours….Then gave me a load of options…press 1, press 2…etc presumably to get me to speak to someone so that they could access money in some form or other. They called me, I did not recognise the number when I saw they'd rung. I sent sms to say call again if not a hoax, but they didn't... assuming it's a spam call.

SCAM Calling and avise there was a problem with our electric meter. Something to do with getting the meter point reference mixed up. Wanting to confirm our meter point reference number. This call sounded dodgy. The caller was not from our Electric Supplier.

RSPCA call. Hung up before they got to the end of their script and asked for money. One time I had a duck with a broken leg in my garden, and RSPCA were not even remotely interested. They told me to find a local duck sanctuary, so RSPCA can go and screw themselves. All they care about is raising enough money to feed themselves
