Scammers - clearly baffled by voicemail and left half a message saying "car accident that wasn t your fault, is that right?"

As soon as I answer the call they hang up. Then when I try to call back it tells me the number is not in service!

Called me. I answered then the caller hung up. Called number back to see who called and the number came back as not recognised.

If this really is HSBC s fraud dept they are staggeringly incompetent and l am by no means convinced that it is.
