One day caller claimed to be from lloyds another day from halifax and another day from santander all from the same number told them same story that i never owned their bank but keep asking to confirm few details so told them to bugger off and blocked their number since they keep calling everyday

Text Message supposedly from NatWest regarding a payment attempt and giving a URL to verify the payment. Suffice to say I didn't!

BT do NOT allow anyone abroad &c - these scam artistes merely use phones/systems (usually VoIP) which allow them to display whatever number they wish - and there...

Fed up of receiving calls from this number. When you ask them to stop calling, they don t and carry on.

Caller advised that they were a current supplier which is not true, went to check and called back to state that they are a supplier and continuously asked for the correct name as their records were outdated. Persistent nuisance caller.

0161 354 4344 Saying they were Home essentials. Had 2 calls a few weeks ago, they wanted me to confirm personal data, I refused & asked them not to phone again. More calls today started 8am, really argumentative when I advised they were asked not to call me again. Really rude & very pushy. Hung up.

To the guy who gave a positive review: cold calling private numbers is a major problem. Even If you did get a good deal on your insurance, these people have no right to be calling people randomly and trying to sell. It s an invasion of privacy, full stop.
