They called me pretending to be Windows support stating my ID had been compromised. They were very convincing. Got me to share laptop using Anydesk and also got me to run a WIN+r function. After they didnt call back as promised realized i had been scammed.

Automated Scam call claiming to be internet service provider (Didn’t say which one) claiming Illegal activity on my Internet. They said my Internet would be shut down within 24 hours if I did not press 1 to discuss. Please just ignore if you receive one and hang up.

Scam caller claiming to be from Virgin. The call was made by an official sounding call centre (the woman sounded Indian). She claimed that there has been suspicious activity from unknown IP addresses using my account and that it was being used for criminal activity and that she needed to help me protect my firewalls etc. I immediately became suspicious as I'd heard of such calls being made and told her that I'd call Virgin directly to resolve any issues. Asked for me by my first name, (the cheek of it). Then claimed to be from social housing repair, as we all know there is no such company (a legit one anyway). Furthermore, I know that my landlord do not deal with anyone that would just cold call tenants, especially one that uses an asian call center. Yet more thieving scumbags who should be ashamed of themselves.

Seems like an Indian call centre, have had a few missed calls from several number over the passed few days which I have blocked. They left a 20 second voicemail by mistake with them talking in Indian and laughing before realising that she was on voicemail and hung up. No company name offered, wouldn’t trust regardless. Especially as it appears to me a mobile number and not a landline

Scammers. Charge you to "optimise" your laptop - cost my 85 year old dad nearly £5000 so far and I'm in a daily battle with them to get it back.

DANGER ! Definitely Spam. Lady with Indian accent as O2 customer service telling me they had received multiple complaints about signal problem. I said I was satisfied with signal coverage. She then tried to give me a number to call back. I challenged her and told her I thought she not not legit. She started arguing. I said a real customer agent would not argue like that. Put down the phone.

AMAZON recorded message saying auto renewal of account for £79 will be taken from your account, press onto to speak to a representative. I hung up, twice in the last couple of days I have received this call

He has just stolen a phone in the subway of Paris. DONT answer to this number.
