This number called my mobile today but did not leave a message. When I returned the call, the number has not been recognised. Presumably spam, scam or automated call. I do not answer unrecognised numbers any more.

My brother got a call from this number asking for a gas meter reading. He was not sure where the caller was from but a 1471 and internet search brought up this number as belonging to British Gas. However I am not with British Gas but with Southern Electric, for at least the last 6 years. I called Southern Electric who said they did not call for any reading and would not do so. this number has been calling me several times per day for around 2 weeks, when I answered it was a telemarketing company telling me I had been involved in an accident (I haven t) when I responded with "well you know more about this than I do" the caller hung up and didn t call again so I will definitely be using that tactic in the future

Safe number Received a call from 03333440000 trying to give me a text message to my landline. I hung up. Then I decided to check them out and it turned out to be a GENUINE COMPANY called AQL who were simply trying to give me a message. I called 03333446527 to retrieve my message which was from a NHS supplier. The message was important to me! Why the NHS supplier chose to send a text to my landline when they have my mobile number is a mystery to me. No worries here.
Received this number on my landline and wasn't available to take the call. Rang it bak to see who it was, but the person answering said they do not use this number as they only use mobiles. Bit of a mystery.

Called me twice now. Once today and once yesterday. Each time I sent them to Call Screen on my Google Pixel and they hung up on both occasions.
Have had more than a few calls from this number b4 - supposed "road accident/incident" 2 n half years ago - forget it - never happened!!! These "companies" need to do their research and/or cease harassing people whose numbers they have "bought"
