This is a scam, they claim they are calling from O2 my mobile provider which is not true and they ask you to go through security with them you give false info and they claim all is fine and that they are now on your account. All fake I never gave real info and my provider it is not O2. Beware!!

Told him I wasn t at my PC and it was in another room, so I d have to go there and power the PC up (I stayed sat where I was). Messed him about for 5 minutes until he told me where to go and hung up! Looking at earlier comments, it seems this is Vanquis. I don t have a card or have ever had any dealings with them in the past so don t know why they call me about 6 times every day, including weekends. I block every number but they call from different numbers.
