PPI. They said it was called HELP YOUR CLAIM. I asked to speak to the manager and told them that my phone was registered to not receive cold calls, and asked them where they got my number from. Rang regarding supposed barclaycard from before 2010 and only knew my 1st name! Became aggressive and annoyed. When questioned how he got my number he slammed his phone down!
