SCAM Pretending to be my daughter asking (in a text pretending the phone was damaged so they couldn’t speak to me) for £1220 urgent into her account. I refused and told them no. They persisted “I’m not lying”. I didn’t believe them. I called my daughter who clarified it was not her.

Fraud 07484888053 automated call telling me there had been unusual spending on my card - £300 to Amazon. Cut the call off straight away - this is a scammer - checked my bank but moved money to safe account of my own. Beware.

SCAM caller - called saying he's from my bank, quoted some card details (correct, must be on a stolen database) to say that Apple Pay / Contactless are down for 24-48 hours while they do upgrades. I didn't give him any info but somehow he managed to set up an Apple Pay with my card and stole £2,600 from our company account, on payday, 4 days before Christmas. We're now completely skint and can't afford to pay the wages. Been doing some investigating and his name is Tyrell, apparently. Fuck you Tyrel

SCAM: received a text message, allegedly from my daughter, at 00.54 in the morning which was 'hello mum, this is my new number. My old phone no longer works. Can you send this number a message on Whatsapp? 07706376356.' So I did. I then checked with my daughter, who confirmed that she has not changed her phone number. I have phoned the number twice since; does not pick up but does go through to an anonymous voicemail.

Scam - said they were from some sort of social housing repair team and asked what problems I've been having with my rental property, damp, repair needs etc. I pointed out I don't live in a rental property and they hung up.

We have 2 phones sending 2051 sms. Both are Nokia C21 plus and appear to have been hacked or have malware in stock ROM. Other owners of this phone are reporting the same problem. Don't know who called me from this number. I jumped out of bed when the phone rang but I didn't pick up as I didn't recognise the number. It was 7:36 am ffs! Even the sun was still in bed where I live in Greater Manchester and I do't even know where Thanet is, never mind why someone from there would be phoning me at an ungodly hour. I highly suspect this was a scam call.
