This is a debt collector called "Red Castle" when calling the number back, you get an automated response saying to call the number on correspondence.

This number called 3 times today someone claiming to be Dave from Windows Technical. We hung up first time then my wife answered and said thank you for your concern and how kind he was for notifying her there was a problem she would take the computer into the shop. Bellends rang this morning on a bank holiday. When I answered, it seemed to ring at their end then their was a slight pause after which I could hear some background noise like it was a call-centre before it was terminated.
