I didn't click the link and have reported the text as a probable scam. I'm not expecting any parcel and, as I haven't left the house, they couldn't have a failed delivery.

Call center Was a very persistent man who spoke so quickly I couldn't understan who he said he worked for (even after I asked him to repeat himself more slowly ) saying he could save me money on my phone mobile phone and constantly asked how much I was paying. Told him I wasn't interested and he continued to ask the same thing. Not told him if I wanted to do something about my phone and bills I would so so myself and he still continued. I eventually hung up on him when he was still asking for how much.

Google didn't find it (but found a few close variations from Southern American countries, not anyone I know then, (we're in UK). They said they were calling from HMRC, however HMRC never calls mobile numbers. I have received calls from this number several times. When I answer it tell me the call was not important. I call back and a message just repeats that I am caller number 2 waiting to speak with a representative. It just repeats and repeats and I get to speak with anyone.
