They claim to be from Microsoft Reading Headquarters. They claim that you have several viruses and they will fix them by asking you for access to your computer. A complete scam and fraud.
SCAM / FRAUD Message (as received): "O2: We were unable to process your latest payment. In order to avoid fees, please update your information via https://o2.uk.o2al.com/?o2=2" I did NOT click link and would advise anyone getting similar message not to either. I am not a customer of O2 so an obvious Phishing to random numbers. Note the link is NOT via the official "o2.co.uk" domain. BEWARE!!! P.S. SCAM I was called from a lady called Lisa. She sounded Indian. Anyway I am lucky because I have been allocated a free discount card. Free, up to 40% off shopping, Tesco etc. Also they will send me free flight tickets for me and my family, anywhere in Europe. Didn't want my bank account no. just my sort code and account number. So they could credit me £1. I put the phone down. I wonder if I will get my free discount card in the post as promised.

SCAM / SPAM I have just received a badly put together automated call from this number claiming to be HM Customs & Revenue and that there is currently an ongoing tax fraud investigation being carried out on me. It wanted me to press 1 on my keypad to speak to someone and said that if I did not do this an immediate arrest warrant would be issued in my name. Needless to say I ended the call, reported it and blocked the number.
Bog off - I ve got better things to do than be hassled by this bell-end
